just spend the money and buy a skyline?

okay, then. you want to convert a Honda Accord to a Skyline (GT-R).

Rear-wheel Drive mod (The most important bit)- $6-10k
New engine to fit the RWD - $2-8k for a decent one.
Body Kitting - $1k, if you do some of your own work
Paint job - $2k
Gigantic effing wing - $$$ (who knows, i've never even looked at buying one)
Wheels and tires - $4k

So, between fifteen and twenty-five thousand dollars, not counting trim pieces, interior, or anything else you need to fit the engine in a bay that's designed for another engine orientation. Bonus is, you get all the stickers for free with all the performance parts, so you don't have to buy them.

yeah. you want a skyline, just go buy one. if i saw a skyline on the street, even a base one (if you can call it base) it'd get props for existing. an Accord babied to look like a skyline could have the biggest metallic cojonés in town and i would still laugh at it.

just my (i get 4, 'cause i'm SPECIAL!)

Re: a accord-skyline conversion

sorry, but i really need to say it: that is just gay, everybody thinks you have skyline, but its just an accord, and when you are going to sell it, you can sell it for about 10-15K i think.

just save youre money, because if you want do drive skyline, do it like the real way man.

do a skyline conversion, if you have like, a subaru Wagon that would be awesome, because nobody has THAT!

This statement made no sense at all, you said don't do a skyline conversion to a accord b/c its still just a accord. But you said do it a subaru wagon. if you did it do a wagon its still just a wagon

If all you want is it to look like a skyline, than I would think about $7,000.00 for bodykit and to get a new paint. could be more, could be less.

yeah, but at least he'd have an AWD wagon with a dumb body kit, and not a FWD accord with a dumb body kit.

this is like the miata to lambo body kits i've seen... just dumb.

Re: a accord-skyline conversion

I think that Hirev'n just wanted to know how much it would cost to make his car LOOK like a skyline, i dont think he cares about the actual preformance.

Re: a accord-skyline conversion

man u people are harsh. it's a bodykit/lighting section damnit. the kid asked a simple question and u had to tear into him. if u ask me that accord above looks pretty mean and clean. yes i know know one asked me, but i said it anyway.

now to answer the question. it would prolly cost u about a $1500 for the kit, about $500-$1000 for the lighting conversion, about $3000 for the shop to do the work and paint. and that all depends on where u get u'r kit and lights, and where u go to get it done. as 95cord said, "could be more, could be less"

don't listen to wut other people say wut looks good and wut looks bad. everyone has their own taste, and don't agree on everything. besides they don't always know wut they r talkin about. case in point; the two that responded negatively to u'r question.
