draincock on 2003 corolla s

so i am trying to flush the radiator on my 03 s type, does anyone know where the drain cock is located, i have looked everywhere for it, so i am thinking it might be hidden. also does anyone know where i can find tech manuals online, like a haynes or a chiltons, but an online version?
