4 lo, is it that hard to shift?
I haven't put my jeep into 4 low for quite some time. I have (select track, with 2h, 4-part time, and 4-lo).
I put the jeep in nuetral and try to get it into 4 lo. It is very hard, I felt like I would hurt it or something. Should it be that hard to put it into 4-low? Am I not pulling hard enough. I push the stick to the right(toward passenger and pull up). I try to also pull it straight through and avoid putting it into nuetral. Any advise would help thanks. -Bernando |

Re: 4 lo, is it that hard to shift?
2 ways you can do it.
Come to a complete stop. Place tranny in Neutral pull straight back on the Transfer Case Shifter to Neutral, with out pausing in any other gear. or you can do all of this while moving (under 3-5 MPH) |
