Angry 97 3.0 stalls when warmed up

I have a 3.0 caravan that stalls when it reaches normal temp. It will not restart right away once stalling. I believe I have isolated it down to an electrical problem. I get no voltage going into the coil once it has stalled. After it cools enough and restarts, it sounds like the engine is teaching itself, you can here it adjust the trimming via the knock sensor, because at first there is a small knock then it gets faster and faster until it just goes away. Is this possibly my PCM resetting itself? At this point, I have replaced the following, still leaving me stranded and owning an unreliable ride.

Replaced:
O2 sensors - both
Idle air module
MAP Sensor
pcv
PLUGS
WIRES
CAP
ROTOR
and cleaned the throttle body thuroughly

Any help or a suggestions are greatly appreciated.

If the PCM is resetting, it's not normal.
No voltage to coil indicates two possible problems:
1. Distributor is failing to send a signal to the PCM to fire a cylinder (bad distributor or bad wiring) or
2. PCM may be bad.

So I am correct that the the knocking sound/timing adjustment only happens when the ECM has been reset?

Ever hear of something causing it to reset? I had power issues 2 years ago but this has only been going on for about 6 months.. Its been cool enough outside lately for it not to reset.

Replace ECM?

Thanks for your input!

are you checking for voltage at coil while cranking engine over because there is no voltage going to coil if pcm does not see engine turning over {sounds like fuel issue to me}
