transmission problem

My villager will not back up without revving it up severely. Although it goes forward fine. Transmission fluid is fine, so what should I do?

Most electronic transmissions along with all others,,,,,require no electronics to engage to reverse or some form of foreward,,,,,Don't waste your $$$$$$$ on a flush,,,,or tranny-in-a-can,,,,,,get it checked out,,,,,or,,,,,don't park where you need reverse!!! good luck!!!!!

It might be a little to late. But when was the last time that you changed the fluid and filter? The filter may be clogged up
