Intercooler on an 00 A4T

I'm thinking about installing a intercooler on my A4T. Will I notice a significant increase in power?
The car is a 2000 A4T Quattro (auto

Only if your going for more power upgrades as the IC will help keep the engine cool and prevent heat soak.
