tornado fuel saver

Just wondering if any of you guys tried out the tornado fuel saver gadget. It costs about $60 And I would like some feed back before I spend the cash. They say it improves the horsepower 4-14 hp. And the savings on gas is huge. Thanks

I actually looked indepth into this device a long time ago. The manufacturer's claims are both frivolious, misleading, and are comprised of outright lies in some cases. Save your money for something that will actually give you a performance boost.
There is enough top notch knowledge posting to these forums to give you plenty of advice on how better to spend your money on real life performance boosters for under that amount.
Try asking in the Performance section.

This topic has already been discussed before....the Tornado is POS. My friend had one and all it did was slow it down. Didn't take long for him to throw it away.

Re: tornado fuel saver

ill silence the idea once and for all. my friend has one, i will put it in the cavy (similar fit) and plug in my new porta-dyno, and i will tell you exactly what the difference is in the quarter mile. i will test with 3 times and without 3 times. it measures hp/tq/1/4 mile, so we will know in a day or two.

POS tornado turnz out to be just a restriction in your air intake.. even if it did "tornado" the intake air.. that effect woudl soon be hampered by the butterfly in the throttlebody.. which would stop the twirling effecyt pretty quick..

excuse the speeling.. im still hammered..
save your money for a good air intake...

or a turbocharger! thoze cavy's need somthin to keep up
