been busting my butt with power 90...again
this was me back in dec. i was in 38 pants and still a little bulky
[IMG]  [/IMG] here i am a few days ago, now in a size 36 in pants, you can see a difference in my face everyone tells me. not a good full shot of myself but you can see the difference. i havnt had any pop in months. been drinking all water. i feel A-LOT BETTER! i have battled my weight since i was little, but finally i have won the Battle thanks to power 90 i have done it. Congratulations man - It's always great to hear people who have had such success turning their physique around. Tell me though, what exactly is Power 90? A weight loss suplement?

no buddy, i got it off tv, its a work out video, made by tony horton. i got it on dvd, you dont lift weights or anything, it looks like i have lifted weights though. the video has pilates, kickboxing,
there is a ab-ripper video, you can check it out on beach body.com.
