Re: Cold Air Intake

I looked around on e-bay, and K&N's website and couldn't find one, not sure if they make one for your car. What engine do you have, the 3.1L? If so K&N doesn't sell one for your car.

Re: Cold Air Intake

.. i havent seen a setup for the 3.1, its likely you would end up having to make your own.. in which case, im sure it isnt that hard with a little fabricating and some planning, im sure it could be easily done.

Re: Cold Air Intake

you can probably buy the tubing with a chrome finish.. otherwise check on ebay for some of the cheap CAI setups.. you can probably get 2 or so of them and just connect the tubes to your desired length... then you'd have the mounting equipment and everything as well. and have an extra filter just in case.. and it'd probably still be a lot cheaper than what i paid for my K&N..

Re: Cold Air Intake

Take some pics of your engine compartment and post them in here or in your gallery and I'll take a look at what you got for room. That is mainly what deteremined how I ran mine, there wasn't a whole lot of room to run it so I had to make due. Maybe some other people will look too and come up with some good ideas that will work out for you.

Re: Cold Air Intake

he has pics of his engine compartment in his gallery, the only big pain is the fact that the intake tube is going to have to be long as hell to get rid of the stock airbox...

Re: Cold Air Intake

Wow, that is the goofiest stock intake I have ever seen, but it seems like there is a lot of room for you to make up something that's good looking and flows well. Good luck, let us know what you find or think up, it seems like colt has some good ideas.
