Wrong airbag deployed in major crash!!

I just had an accident in my 2004 Tiburon. My car got pretty banged up in the front when this young kid hit me. I got hit mainly on the drivers side. The front of my car is smashed back to my wheels.
My passenger side airbag deployed but mine didn't. had this happened before? Should I do something about it.

oh and yes this has happened to other people but not in a major accident this has been disccussed in a pervious thread so oyu can look there and see what was said cause i really dont remember or you can wait til other people reply to yours

yeah its happened beofre.. and really scared the crap outa some people....

glad to hear youre alright, im not sure what peopel did after their accident, it would depend if your tib is totalled or not, and if you pursue legal action against hyundai for air bags not being deployed.... how fast were you going... jus all teh details

Yeah I am alright. I was only going about20 mph. The girl that hit me was flying though. I find out tomorrow if my tiburon is totaled. I really love my car but what happens if it doesn't deploy in an accident when I need it too. That just makes me worried. Maybe there should be a recall on the airbag system???
