Unhappy Can't locate turn signal flasher in my 1994 Regal

Hi,
Can someone please tell me where the turn signal flasher unit is located in the 1994 Buick Regal GS? I found the 4-ways flasher under the panel beneath the glove box, but no other flashers were in sight. Is the turn signal flasher hidden in that area or is it on the driver's side somewhere?
I took off the lower trim panel under the steering column and found nothing but scads of wiring, no flasher in sight, laying flat on my back with my face under the dash. If it's under there, it's either invisible or I'm going blind. My mechanic told me it should be near the main fuse panel, which is in the glove box, but I see no easy way of removing the glove box to see what's there. I also saw no turn signal flasher behind the glove box, after removing the lower dash panel on the passenger side. Any other ideas, without having to dismantle my entire dash or running this thing into the repair shop? Somebody, please help! Thanks!

The turn signal flasher is on the driver's side of the car. It is mounted under the dash next to the steering column.

I have no idea why they didn't put it under the glove box with 4 way flasher, warning chime, defog relay and the rest of that stuff. But it's on the driver's side all by itelf, held on with a little clip.

My car is a 92 and I know the 94 had a driver's side airbag so the column is probably different, but the flasher is most likely in the same location.

PFJ5K,
Thanks for the advice! I went right to the column under the dash panel and saw my flasher sitting just above the column. I popped in the new one and am back in business. Thanks again!
