rear bumper

So i backed into a car speeding through the parking lot yesterday. dont ya love it? Anyways, the car was going fast enough that it tore a hole in my bumper with its door. Does anyone know of the best place to get a used bumper? I have a 2000 golf 4dr gls . And also is it something i can do myself?
hate to post so much these past coupla days, but you know the whole "when it rains it pours" b.s.
