Question Problem With Brakes 2003

i have been having problems with the brakes, Replaced brake pads, wich they were really bad. It pulls itself when you have the brake all the way down. Any suggestions on what might be thr problem?

Have you narrowed it down to the brakes?

Total guess but it might be that the brake on one side grabs more than the other and thus the pull. Perhaps there is air in the brake lines on one side or contaminated fluid.....

It could be another part of the front wheel assembly too. Even the transmisiion.

I guess you mean it pulls to one side.. If it pulls to the right or the left. You may want to bleed the brakes first. Start from the back panssenger side to the back drivers side then passanger front then the drivers side front.Make sure you dont run the fluid out of the fill tank. Also the very first thing I would do is to drive very slow down a road close to you for about 1 minutes time dont use your brakes. If so as little as possable. check to see if one weel feels hot.If it does you may have a sticking caliper. Did you notice if one side rotor was worn more than the other??
If the rotor did not show exssive wear than try the bleeding process first . Hope this helps ..Gary
