Tail light help

So today I was checking my lights and turn signals, and my right tail light was always on, like the brakes were on but they weren't. So I checked, and the turn signal doesn't work either for just the right rear. So is there 2 bulbs in that assembly, or what might be causing it to not blink, and always look like the brakes are on? Thanks guys.
