ignition module

I have a 93 thunderbird does anyone know where the ingition module is located

ingition module or pic-up-coil i think there the same.i think ford dose call it ingnition module and its in the distributer.so if its bad you have to change the distrib-. i beleive the life-expectincyof a ford distrb is about 80,000-100,000 miles.

on my 89 it's between the front bumper and the raditor on the right side, book says 89-94non- supercharged v6 & 5.0 v8's.. you have to get to it from under the car.

Well first of all, what kind of engine does it have in it? and since the 93 was the first year with the 4.6 (I believe) it doesnt have a distributor in it. Its all electronic. Im sorry I dont know where it is though.

Book says,,, on 1994 & later it's on the right front fender apron , looks like the strut tower to me.. SAM
