1995 Cutlass V6 Coolant Leaking Into Oil

I have a 1995 Cutlass Ciera with a 3100 V6 with 92,000 miles on it.
in the last couple of weeks or so,it will leak a large amount of the coolant into the oil.I have tried a 7 pound radiator cap and some "Stop Leak".I will change the oil and filter, add more coolant, and it will be ok for a few days. Then it will do it again.
I have been told that it is more than likely the intake manifold leaking.
he told me this is pretty common.
Is there a way I can tell for sure,so I make sure it is not a head gasket leaking?
Is there a place online that gives detailed directions on how to replace the intake gaskets?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks...Chuck

well i agree it is either the manifold leaking or a cracked head or block. you can pressure test the heads while on the car to check for leak down indicating which one or which side is leaking. but if you replace one, you might as well replace the other.
