Make sure that it is actually the lines that are leaking. If it is the set that go into the rad, remove the clips and pull the lines out. You may have to use a small pry bar or screwdriver to remove them. Inside the fittings that thread into the rad there is an o-ring. It may be worn and leaking from there, running down the line and making it appear that the line is leaking. This job is easiest to do if you remove the air filter box.
The other possibility is that the lines are leaking where the rubber hose is crimped to the pipe. Apparently this is a known defect, but good luck getting any warranty.
I have replaced both sets of lines on my Jimmy at a cost of approx. $150.00 each set (in Canada). My front lines started leaking again about 1 year after I replaced them. Just a couple of days ago, I repaired the leaking lines. I wasn't going to pay another $150.00, so I had two 1/2" hydraulic lines made to match the length of the rubber lines. I used a small pipe cutter and cut off the rubber hose sections. I then installed the hydraulic lines with ferrule type crimp fittings. It is a little bit of work to get the pipes lined up properly to go back into the rad, but ends up being about $50 - $60 (Canadian) to repair, depending on where you get the parts. This will definitely last longer than the stock junk! If it does start to leak again, then the fix is as simple as either tightening the crimp fitting a little, or replacing just a section of hydraulic line.
