bypass A/C compressor
i have a 94 2.2L beretta, and the a/c pully is grinding. does anyone know if there is a belt out there that will bypass my a/c, and save me some time/money/headaches?

Re: bypass A/C compressor
you can just get the bearing replaced.

If repairing the unit is not an option for what ever reason, check online at Advance or Autozone and see if there is an option for the car with no A/C. Good possibilty it is. Could also buy a used one from a junkyard, as I did for an old 89 Olds that was a short term ownership (A/C did not work on it anyway and was not worth sinking a lot in). For 20 bucks I found an old one and put it in. If the car is nice and you plan on keeping for a good while though try to get the current one fixed if you can as previous post suggested.
