01 Civic Ex, 5 Spd-vtec
Oil light on, chk engine lgt on, abs lgt on. Will not rev. over 3500-4000 rpm.
If I dis/reconnect battery, the chk eng. goes out, eng will rev. normal. After I drive approx. 1/4mi. the prob. returns.  Thank You, Peter

Is the car throwing codes? Bring it to any Pep Boys and have them read the codes for free.
