How to program the car receiver?

I own a 2003 blazer extreme and lost one of the receiver that opens and close the car. I got a new one, but i don't know how to program it. Could anybody tell me how to do it? Thank you.

search the forum, this was asked less then a week ago, something to do with removing a kick pannel and holding the buttons
