Question Cold air intake install on an E46

Has anyone bought one of those inexpensive cokd air intakes on e-Bay? If so, was it difficult to install? I saw one link that had you taking out the headlights, parking lights and front bumper to install one... what about reattching air flow sensors and things like that? Help????

Well, you could always go Dinan, but they are a bit pricey if your looking at eBay...So I'd recomend goin with maybe Carbonio, I have that on mine. I found a good deal from velocityfactor, install took maybe 30 minutes, not to hard, just have to pulloff the wheel to remove the splash gaurd.

Haven't seen this in a bit...

It really depends on what intake you purchase. If you buy a Dinan one, then no worries, they'll do it for you. Hell, if you buy any intake and pay someone else, they'll all do it for you. What intake are you going to buy? Once you get the intake, we'll be able to help more.

Like Rob said, VF has some good deals back when I was surfing that website.
Might want to look into that website, and again like Rob said, once you get it come back here and we'll help out more.

Cheers.
