Cd Player ?

can you swap out a 96 sts tape player for a tape/cd player from a 98 sts? they look to be the same size. does anybody know for sure if the wiring is the same?

i dont believe the wiring is the same nor do i believe the mounting brackets are the same ,, i suggest an after market CD player or adding a CD changer
