91 colt
I am having a problem with my colt. Every time I turn the lights on it wants to bog down. I took it to my local parts store and they said that the voltage was all over the place anywhere from 10 to 17 volts. They said that it might be a fusable link, I don't know what that is or where to find out. Please help
