Fuel Pressure Relief-98 Eclipse RS

How would I go about relieving the fuel pressure on my 1998 Eclipse RS. I cant start my car to let the fuel run out any-other ways.

Re: Fuel Pressure Relief-98 Eclipse RS

unscrew the gas cap to releive any pressure in the tank. and there should be a schrader valve on the fuel rail to hook up a guage or whatever. just take off the cap and press the button inside. a little gas will squirt out and then you'll be good.
