Be Cool: Movie Review
ok my bro and me saw this on sunday. essentially the sequel to Get Shorty, we find our main character, travolta, wanting to ditch his new career of being a movie producer, and become a record producer. a series of unfotunate events leads him into a big mess, only he's able to figure out.
with a few good laughs, and a semi decent story, this wasnt a bad film to see. has an all-star cast, but certaintly none of their best work. 2-1/2 out of 4. Rated PG-13 for brief strong language, and violence. Approx. 2hrs 10min -Scott

Re: Be Cool: Movie Review
I saw this movie a few weeks ago. It's decent but the entertainment (ie. musical performances) had much to be desired. The slapstick antics of Vince Vaughn as a white pimp-wannabe, the Rock as his closet gay driver, millionaire record producer Cedric the Entertainer acting ghetto with his pathetic thugs really emphasized the humor of the film. There was a lot of this and I think Vince Vaugn and the Rock stole the show. "Get Shorty" seemed a bit more serious, though there is death in this one so it's not all PG. Not Travolta's best work IMO but Uma Thurman is hot...
