Have you called tirerack or any wheel dealer? They might be able to answer the question.

I would think that another factor you should consider, besides offset, is wheel width. My aftermarket wheels are the factory offset but because they are 8" wide I have to be careful which tires I buy because it used to scrape. I went from 245/50/17 to 225/55/17 and it no longer scrapes.

Probably hard to say without actually trying some on the vehicle. The stores always have fitment books but they are for stock suspension, and don't cover modified / lowered vehicles. The books also tend to err on the conservative side because small interference that may be acceptable to one is very unacceptable to another. And tire dealers don't like to give refunds because once a vehicle leaves their lot with 2k worth of tires and wheels they are USED and worth less than half.

With your modification situation I would recommend strongly against going the online route unless you can talk to someone else with the same car and mods and duplicate their setup. If you by them online and put them on your car they are YOURS even if they make the car undriveable. Find a reputable local shop that is willing to work with your wants and needs and make it work for you. That is worth an exra couple hundred bucks.
Offsets determine how the tires sit on the car - how far they protrude etc. If your offsets are different front to rear you can't rotate your tires.

Re: rims

I think you you try to put 19's on it, it will scrape the inside of your wheel well.also just a side note, keep in mind that 19's are about 10lb more then stock 16's. if you care about weight and preformence, keep this in mind.
