http://www.autotoyaz.com/erboki19hopr8.html

i want an oem body kit and this is the closest looking thing i could find so far that isn't going to cost me a grand. i'm new to the whole modding scene so i don't know what good brands are. would this be a good kit to go with? or should i stick with the kit from http://www.handa-accessories.com/preext.html

Re: body kit

The body kit from Honda comes out to $774 for the whole kit.

Get the Erebuni Style 179 kit, it looks identical to the OEM kit and it costs $507.

Re: body kit

i was told fiberglass isn't necessarily bad...take a look in the body kit forum. It explains the pros and cons of a fiberglass kid and a polyurethane.

Re: body kit

Fiberglass is not as strong as Polyurethane, but Polyurethane is heavier. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Re: body kit

polyurethane is lighter I believe. The pros and cons boils down to basically this. Fiberglass is stronger I believe, and also more rigid. Because it's more rigid, if it gets hit, it tends to break easier. Urathane is more flexible and installs easier because of it, but isn't as sturdy. I read the whole write up a while ago, but I believe that's what it boils down to. There are pros and cons to both, it's up to you.

i honestly don't see any pros to fiberglass. it's stronger but it break easier? and aparently fiberglass is heavier too. i'll go with polyurethane. thanks guys. i'll probably get this one
