Porsche 959RS Update

Bear in mind this is my first diecast modification.

Before

After

Porsche 959RS
Overall Clean and Tidy, Smoked rear lights and front indicators, Scissor doors, Black Tinted rear windows (Used Fly skyLines Tutorial which I Recommend), De-badged, Aqua Blue and Brushed Steel interior, Twin Blue Racing Stripe, new Rims (didnt want to put something TOO Big like DUBS, and I like the look of the ones Ive used.

Re: Porsche 959 Update

I like it, but the wheels need to be "detuned" as in, they are too chrome.... GAH!

did you paint on the stripes, or are they just stripes?

Re: Porsche 959 Update

i believe those r butterfly doors not scissor cuz i thto scissor doors open like a scissor (straght up like a lambo) and i think butterfly doors are like butterfly wings

I think they are a kinda hybrid of butterfly and scissor doors, but i dnt think that really matters. the stripes where cut out of sticky vinyl, and the doors were kind of an accident, as I broke one of the doors trying to take out the plastic inset. as a result the doors dont completely work properly. but they stay rigid open and you can put them in any postion you want, so when displayed you can have them butterfly, scissor, koenigsegg what ever. and you can close them back to there original position. If anyone is still interested in how i made them just say.
