bearing failure when?
I have read about front wheel bearing failure but at what mileage
should I expect to see this problem? I'm the original owner with a 2003 gls with 30,000 and have not had any problems with his car. My daughter use this car for college and I need a heads up about this apparent problem. |

I hope GM did cover the repair...and if they did why wasn't the other side fixed ? |

Yeah GM covered it, but if its not broke they won't fix it. The other side is fine. So I guess they don't replace these in pairs. |

Right side bearing on mine went out at just over 86,000 miles. Left side still holding it's own.
