Completed Toyota Crown Athlete(GRS182)

Hi,
This is Aoshima 1/24 kit.
I wanted to finish this one before Gallardo.
I've been busy these days so modeling progress is slow unfortunately.
Painted body mixed light gun metallic based on Finisher's Fine Sliver.
Put metal foil on side window trims.
Wheels are Kranze Borphes 19"(Aoshima).

Thank you for looking!

Beautiful model Osamu!

We don't get the Crown in the US, it looks a lot like a Lexus that comes dangerously close to being "Bangled" like modern BMW's. Guess it's the shapes of the front and rear lenses that are just a bit .

How good is the working suspension?

Yeah, it looks like latest BMW 5 series and Merc S class a little.
and I HATE working suspension section.

I always take pictures of my models at roof floor of my house.
that isn't concrete. floor material is waterproof vinyl or something, I don't know.
