Pressure Control Solenoid 2000 bonneville

I have a 2000 bonneville that sometimes shifts extremely hard. It only seems to happen after driving the car for a few minutes. After it starts doing this I can pull over and stop the car for a minute or two and then the car will drive normally for a while.

After doing some research on this site, I discovered that people with simular problems found the Pressure Control Solenoid to be at fault. Does anyone know where I can find detailed instructions on how to replace this part?
