1g engine in to 2g

Hi guys I'm a new user on this forum. Somebody told me you guys really know your stuff. I hope you can help me out. I have a 95 gst with slight mods. I did a turbo, exhaust, bov, and boost controller. The oil pump went bad and pretty much destroyed my engine. It happened at 105mph. I was told I could put the 1g engine in my car, but the person wasn't sure if my mods would work with it. He's a honda guy. I found some 1g engines from Japan that came with a tranny and ecu. What else would I have to change and would my mods bolt on? The tranny is a awd will my fwd tranny work. Thanks guys
