Re: Found these...

Yeah, they are from an old Nissan site which since been taken down.

www.nissan.co.jp/lemans/library

And here's a little something from "Peloton" to get bigger pics...

Quote:
Is that when you click on a thumbnail, it opens a larger version of the image as a '.GIF' - but it's not really a much better version of the photo.

There's a trick to get a much better version - see below:

Thumbnail URL:

http://www.nissan.co.jp/Lemans/Libr...C00027_icon.GIF

Image URL:

http://www.nissan.co.jp/Lemans/Libr...al/DSC00027.GIF

However, if you take that image URL and change the file extension from "GIF" to "JPG", check out what you get:

http://www.nissan.co.jp/Lemans/Libr...al/DSC00027.JPG

Good stuff man - good stuff. I would have posted those instructions in the thread, but I figure if someone wants the photos bad enough, they'll figure it out for themselves, just like I did. You seem like a nice enough guy, so I thought I'd hook you up.

Catch you later!

It is a VBM 4000 GTC and it failed to qualify at LeMans in 1995.

Re: Found these...

The number plate is French as is the manufacturer. VBM automobiles was established around 1994. The car is powered by a 500hp twin turbo renault engine. Some other roadgoing versions have also been built. More details in french at www.vbmautomobiles.com

Nope me too it looks almost I dentical and im suprised they havent gotten a law suit. Especially the Swedish car Koensigg(sp?) and ford ever since the whole engine dispute.
