1991 s-10 blazer back door wont open...

hello, i've tried to get the back door open on the blazer.. only managed to get a screw driver in a crack and get the window part open.. so i need to know how to get the back door panel off while the door is shut. or does any one know how to get it open with out taaking that panel off? i already got the screws at the bottom of the panel.. is there any more somewhere? like in the carpet part??? thanks in advance...

is the window open? the door latches on the sides, all you need to do is pry on the door latches one at a time .

i unhooked the window with a screw driver, and it came open.. then when i tried opening the door part it opened.. so i closed it all up and tried opening it and it wouldn't open.. so i crawled in the back and opened the window again, and then the door part opened... so when the window is down, nothing will open, but while the window is open the door will..... how can i fix this?

I'll check into it tomorrow at work. It's been so long since I've been in one of those.I can remember fixing that same problem before.

Ther are some screws I believe up around the latch area.Take them out.The panel slides up and pops off.I'm really digging here in my brain.Once thats off you will be able to get a closer look at the problem.Check to make sure all rods are on.
