i need accord help for my 97

hey i got this 97 accord and so far i got an exhaust on it, but i want to do some stuff to it that i can just do by myself without alot of money. like do it yourself stuff. i wanna take the yellow outta the lights and do anything to make it look cooler and faster.

EX or LX? well for a mod that won't cost u a penny is taken ur lower resonator box out.. this won't give a significant amount of hp (it will increase thottle noise) Theres always clear coners and lamps...ebay has great deals on them.

hmm.. it's reall hard to suggest things if i dont' know ur budget.

you can clear out the ambers in your tail lights. i just took a dreml tool and cut it out w/ that. just be careful not to scratch the clear parts or melt the black housing that the bulb part locks into (my technical terms are a little off) if you want to see what mine look like go to the custom trunk post in the exterrior/etc/etc/ forum and you can see the pics of my trunk which contains the rear signals cleared out. just one thing i might add though. i got a ticket for this mod. i dunno how picky the cops around you are but i just figured i'd warn ya, however i painted my bulbs yellow after that and now it should be fine. the pic has the yellow bulbs in it and they still look clear until you turn em on. soif you paint em or buy yellow bulbs the cops shouldnt give you a problem.

well two free mods would be one...taking the amber out like you suggested, and two do what spoilerv2 said and take out your lower resonator box, your gonna have to remove the plastic under your fender well to take it out, there are two bolts holding it into place, then slide it out the bottom. i cleared the orange in my tail lights on my 94 its basically the same as a 96-97 just different spot, heres a pic
