Question Is this normal? Or is my GT messed up?

Hi people, I have a 93 base model. I'm just wondering does all the power go to the Driver side wheel? Cuz last week I was doing few burnouts, and only the driver side wheel was spinning, and the passenger side didn't spin at all. My car doesn't have LSD, but shouldn't the other wheel spin a little at least? and yes, there's only 1 tire mark on the ground. Is my car doing something normal? or yours is different? Thanks people.

Hrrm, my dads 4Runner was doing the same thing but only during burnouts, at other times it was fine and didn't seem to be going all to one wheel (it was hard to do burnouts, if it was just one wheel it would be wicked easy).

It is normal. It is an open diff. Whatever wheel will spin the easiest the other one will lose power to it. basically sit one tire on ice and the other on dry pavement and the one on ice will just spin away while the other sits there. Only way to fix the "one wheel peel" is via a LSD or a phantom grip insert.

Do you know if the phantom grip can fit all 2wd 3000gt models? Because i looked at the site, and it says its only for 93 automatics. i have a 95' and would really like it but i don't know if it will fit.
