B-series turbo

What do u guys think is better for turbo in the B-series motors?

yo man any motor that has vtak is da bomb to super turbo charge it. vtak rulez all da way

any stock b series motor will be good for boost with the exception of the b20.

Why do you say that the b20 is not a good engine to turbocharge? Because I'm thinking of buying one and doing just that. Any suggestions?

9.4 sec 1/8 mile at Irwindale 4/20/06

unless hes lying about that motor he has listed in his signature.

b20 is not good because of tis 84mm bore, it has thin sleeves

if you want a boosted 2.0. go bore out the ls to 84mm with aftermarket sleeves.

Agreed.

Why don't you want to turbo a b20? A b20 was desinged as a LS, but bored to a 2.0. They didn't re-inforce the block so the cylinder walls are not as strong. Why boost something that has weak cylinder walls?
