I didn't catch this question so you may already have found the computer, should be in the engine compartment under the 2 piece cowl. Remember to disconect the Negative battery cable first, then the Positive and turn the headlights on and wait at least 2 minutes before working on the PCM or near any crash sensors.
I believe it's on the passenger side according to my less than clear Haynes. I've ordered a hundred dollar Helm service manual, something like 3000 pages, it'll be a early Christmas present to myself!
BTW: By stuck, do you mean a fuel injector is stuck open?? (stethescope them all for clicks)Probably need cleaning and could also be the fuel regulator.
