is this celica rare ?
http://www.photodump.com/direct/chrismca/CIMG0560.jpg i bought this for 16 uk pounds or around 30 us dollars, is it rare? the decals say its from 1993.

I don't think it's very rare. I saw this kit still for sale a couple of months ago on hlj. I think the production of this kit has stopped for maybe 6 months, which makes it not very rare... yet...

It's not rare, but it's a good kit. It comes with a nice 3S-G engine, and that itself makes the kit worth buying because almost all the other Celica kits are curbside.
