2000 Tahoe electrical - accesories circuit

The wife borrowed my Tahoe last week, when she came back, the radar detector plugged into the center lighter socket wasn't working. I checked the fuse, which was blown, and replaced it. still no power. Checked other items on circuit (power locks relay and back window release) both not getting power. swapped the replacement fuse for a 25 on an operating circuit so I'd know it was good, still no luck. Is there a fusible link or another are I should check? Opening up the dashboard to try and follow the wiring scares me. Any help would be appreciated.
