not sure how it is called but probably the "door" is not opening up not letting air to the dashboard...probably vacuum operated, leak?

Re: AC issue

they got rid of vaccum controls long time ago it should be an electrical relay problem. Give more specifics as to No air at all coming out of the vents or just no cold air

Re: Re: AC issue

When the system is turned on the a/c lines are cold under the hood, there is no cold air coming out of the vents, only warm, where would the relay be for the A/C i have checked the ones in the fuse box and the continuity in them is ok? What should i do?

Re: AC issue

If you are getting warm air out that will narrow it down. The relay that you may want to look for is under the hood in the fuse and relay box. you don't need to go buy one to test it just pull one out and put it in place of another and keep changing them out. they are labeled so just look for any relay related to the air handler unit in the dash unfortunatly they ussually operate two things with one relay. Another thing it could be is in the evaporator core housing on the passenger side. You say that you are getting cold line under the hood but you should also have one that is hot. another thing to try is maybe a door in the air handler is stuck so just go under the dash on the passengers side and tap heavily but not beat on the black case under there to loosen anything that may be stuck. Keep us informed.
