Turn signals problems

Greetings all,
I have a '96 corsica and I can't get the turn signals to work. I have replaced all the bulbs. Changed the flasher and still they refuse to signal but the hazards work as advertised. Funny thing though, when I changed the flasher, they worked. Then on my way home they quit and I have'nt gotten them to work since. Anyone have any suggestions and please tell me I don't have to change the switch b/c I have no clue how to do that and I am a little intimidated by the airbag staring me in face. Any input would be appreciated, Thanks.

Re: Turn signals problems

Are you SURE you replaced the turn signal flasher? Theres two of them under there and they're exactly alike. But one is for the hazard lights, the other is for the turn signals.

Looking at several different parts stores and sites, there is only one flasher which runs the signals and hazards for the '96. Besides, when it was working for a short period, when I touched it, I could feel that the flasher I had changed was clicking when the hazards flashed and when the signals flashed.
