it does take a while to find one. But this isn't the place todo it. I searched about 2 years till i found the perfect spyder gs. It was a pain in the ass. But I just got it last week definately a good buy. Also be sure to check cars.com and autotrader.com great resources on local sales of cars.

Re: *WANTED!* 96-99 GST OR GSX!!! in NJ

The title clearly states the objective of the thread, so in this case I dont mind these threads. Because one could easily skip over it if they didnt have the car in question for sale. I however do have a 95 GSX for sale, so perhaps I'm biased anyway.

If you dont haggle me to the point of wanting to kick you in the mudflaps, I may even be willing to deliver to NJ for only the cost of the fuel and a number 3 at McDonalds. I'm still assembling the car, so I havent officially advertised it yet, but I've still managed to get several offers (funny how that works). Car has a lot of work done, but is now just moderately modded, asking a little over book for it. PM me for details if this is something you might be interested in.

Re: *WANTED!* 96-99 GST OR GSX!!! in NJ

You're absolutely right. I hadn't cuaght up on all the topics yet. I did notice all the ads as I got to the second and third topics page. Take a couple days off and people blow up the forum on me It did seem a bit excessive. But I still maintain that if the title clearly says "something something for sale" its ok with me, because if I dont need that something I'll skip it and get on with my browsing. Vague titles and such will piss me off real quick though. This guy also at least had the brains to mention where he lives. Asking for cars for sale on a forum is a shot in the dark at best, but then consider it is a global forum and the poster doesnt add his location, and it seems absurd to have even wasted the keystrokes.

I had 2 mint T25s, so I was going to just toss one on and be done with it. But I have since struck a deal on a freshly rebuilt TDO6H 20G, the one I originally ran back in the day as a matter of fact. So that will go on the talon, and the talon's 16g will go on the 2g. All along I had hoped to install at least a 14b so the "conversion" would be already done for the buyer, but a 16g will be even better. I'm still running into little parts here and there that I either have to search for 4 hours to find, or wait to order, so its a slow process. Plus I havent built a 7 bolt in at least 3-4 years. But the bulk of the motor is assembled and nearly ready to go in the car. From that point on its only a few hours before its finished. Maybe next week. At which point I'll have a complete mod list. Its already fairly decent.

I hate DSMs...

Yeah this thread is over 3 months old, so I'm pretty sure he isn't gonna check back on this. The dates for the posts are on the left side underneath the name and the avatar picture, for furture reference.
