Question Not sure what's wrong

My 89 voyager stopped running on me about two weeks ago. I have finally narrowed down the problem to one of three things. My starter coil(brand new) my spark plugs and distrubitor cap(4 months old) or my fuse links, asd.
I am not getting any power to my starter coil or to the plugs. I dont have any power anywhere. The engine will not crank over so I am thinking it's the asd.
Besides the no spark problem it was cutting off when it was cold, when i slowed to come to a stop or had to make sharp turns. It idles between 1 and 2. And it was guzzling gas. I was also having trouble getting enough gas to the engine. ( I have replaced the fuel filter and cleaned the injectors).
Could someone please help me figure out the problem as this van is my only means of transportation.
If it helps any the computer says I have a code 11 error(bad hall effect)
that the timimg has skipped one or two teeth or the cam shaft(or) crankshaft is out of position.
I have looked for the asd but I am not sure where it or the fuse links on this van are. All I know is that they are on the driver side near the battery and that they look like wires with a connector on them.
I did find a harness that holds five small boxes with wires (one box is missing as I dont have ABS on my van) is this where the fuse links and asd are located?

Code 11: No signal for ignition = no spark

Your probable cause is a bad crankshaft position sensor. A less probable cause is the distributor.

In the modern engine, the spark to each cylinder is controlled by the computer. All systems use a Crankshaft Position Sensor (CPS). This is used as a timing signal for number one cylinder and used in determining the engine speed (rpms). A second timing signal is generated from either a Hall Effect distributor or a Camshaft Position Sensor (electronic ignitions system). The computer must see both signals in order to send a signal to the coil in order to send spark to the cyclinder. Typically in this case, the computer will set a catch-all malfunction code of "no timing" when there is a problem in either sensor.

your van is not equipped with a crank sensor only a
distributor & pick up assy check timing belt or check wiring at throttle body area just below throttle body the harness has tendency to break the retaining tab off and harness falls on exhaust crossover pipe then shorting out and make sure timing belt is not broken

Actually my van does have a CPS on it I took it a Friend at PRO CARE this morning and it is shorted out. Plus my wires to my ASD are old and need replaced. Thanks for the help though

Yeah it's a v6 3.3l engine
