Re: 00 explorer rear wiper stuck

Try taking off the blade assembly and see if there is anything broken or purchase a new blade(not the refill but the blade itself) they only run about 4 dollars.

I did that and it worked for me.

Good luck,
Steven

Hmmm...fill the crack so the blade glides over the crack......J/k...try relocating the wiper arm to a diffrent poistion just above the crack with the wiper at a rest position

easy fix

I fight with my rear wiper too.

You have to bend the metal arm that the wiper blade clips on to. Just kinda grab it with one hand near the base and one hand at the top where toward whiper and bend the end where the wiper is away from the glass. If you bend it far enought it will pass by the spot between the glass and the door.

I hope you get what I am trying to say casue it's real easy. Problem is that you will probably have to mess with it a bit. I'm sure you'll bend it too far at first and the wiper won't even hit the glass as the wiper goes back and forth. The trick is to bend it just the right amount.

Good luck
