04 neon sxt has lots of problems

My neon has been giving me problems since it had 6000 miles on it. First the transmission, i took it to the dealership and they put a relearner in it. It has been in the shop at least 3 times but they always tell me it is something else and that they had fixed the problem. If they had fixed it then i wouldn't be complaining about it. This last time i took it they said the power steering had gone out and they fixed it, but i want to know why my car does not run like it should. I've been to three different dealerships including where i bought it. i don't know what to do and nobody else seems to have this problem. me and my husband want to just trade it in but we don't know if there's anything we can do.

You know what i would do? I would tell them its a lemmon and get my money back and let dodge know about this probles that you have been having. I would do that, no questions or ask to get a new one!!
