Arghh! My Back!

ok so i woke up last night at about 2 AM twsting in pain cause my back was spasming all over the place. I took a Mayla 130 and slept for a while, but now its still really sore. Its my whole right side. I can barely walk or lift my right arm. I originally pulled my back like 2 years ago lifting, i have a tendency to arch my back while benching. Since then i have bought a belt and dont have that problem anymore, atleast i thought. Last time i worked out was Tuesday night, i felt great after the workout. I felt great wednesday and all day thursday. Then i woke in a horrid pain.

So anyways im gonna have to take a break from weight lifting for about 2 weeks or so. Since im taking a break what should i do for the next 2 weeks to keep my body ready? Im gonna stop with the creatine for the time being, but anything else?

Re: Arghh! My Back!

Drink TONS of water - it will wash out all your systems really good. Drink enough that you have to take a piss every hour during the day. Also, I would highly reccomend picking up some Zinc Magnesium Aspirate pills - you take 2 every night before bed - they help prevent muscle breakdown, and help you sleep really heavy. I would just mainly sleep tons, up your protein intake, and drink lots for 2 weeks, and if you have an injured muscle, it should help you recover / rebuild pretty good.
