Blower Motor always on.
My 97 intrepid just started this problem. The Auto Temp Comtrol now will not shut off and the blower motor is always on high. Does anyone know if this is the Resistor problem?
I can change the temp and direction (defrost to heat), but cannot shut it off! |

Re: Blower Motor always on.
It could be either your resistor pack or the main head unit is bad as well.

Re: Blower Motor always on.
I'm having the same problem, I've changed the head unit and nothing changed. When I remove the fuse to the heater motor it does quit running so It's not getting power from another source. I can't adjust the speed of motor so I have no idea what the problem could be. Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Re: Blower Motor always on.
I am having the same problem. It started 2 weeks ago when it got really cold outside.(don't know if that had anything to do with it) I have a 98 intrepid. We changed the automatic temperature control unit but it made no difference. What do I do next? please help!!!!! thanks!
