Re: easy horse power ups

Your truck is governed at 96. Aftermarket tunes/programmers like Hypertech or similar will do away with this. You can't smoke the tires b/c of torque management, custom tune to get rid of this.

Easy mods: Dual exhaust, cold air intake and a programmer/custom tune.

Holy shiznit Batman. I hope you don't plan on racing that thing on the streets. The visual image I just got of a big brute truck careening out of control on a street somewhere just sent spasms through my colon.

Re: easy horse power ups

Hmm. A big ol' plastic wing, some k-rad ricer graphics, spinners and some neon will make it faster.

Sho'nuff

Re: easy horse power ups

Not sure I know what "fisting" is but it sounds painful. I just evisioned what has been happening with the young crowd around Raleigh,NC. Mutlple deaths from street racing with other kids in the car. I am sure you did not have it on the drag strip when you could not go past 96mph. The tires are most likely not rated for speeds beyond that. Your post reeks of a young age and I could be wrong but I for one am not inpressed with the reasoning for the mods that you would like to accomplish.

Re: easy horse power ups

You must have a whole slew of cars in your garage? It seems I am not the only one to give you smart @ss answers from the other threads that you have written in. That is a beautiful piece of shit honda that you posted pictures of, instead of posting in all of the different forums about mods to make cars and trucks go faster, why don't you spend some money on making one that runs. I bet your dad would beat your @ass if he new you had his truck going that fast.

Re: easy horse power ups

Hey guys, Quit bitching at each other I come to forums to get away from life and have some fun and learn something not to read people going at one another. As far as Horsepower mods go there are several threads about this between the C/K and silverado forums. Why even want to burn the tires out anyway. Leave that kind of stuff for the professionals and save your life and possibly others.

Now THAT was funny.

Love the list of mods you've got BTW. Tell me - how much extra horsepower does the air freshener give you? What? 50? 75?

You know, if you switched out the Armorall and went with 3M Restore, you'd get an extra 30 at least.

Faze: how do you like your Sylvania Superbrights? Just busted a foglight this weekend. Think it might be a good time to finally upgrade.
