Photochopping.....can this be done with PSP?

My dad has the Photoshop installation CD....but I don't know how to use it anyway.


Right now, I have PSP 7 on my computer (Paint Shop Pro 7) and I was wondering whether or not I could do some photochopping and how to.

Follow some tutorials for photoshop like I've done, You have friends who will help you here, I presume.

i used to use paint shop pro, it works pretty well, but i havent used it in a while so im not too familiar with it. there are some tutorials available online, just have to dig around a lil for what u are looking for.
